typedesk saves teams from retyping the same replies over and over — shortcuts and canned responses that fire in any app, on any platform. A loved, established product, but one with more it could reach and more it could do.

The team wanted to grow where the product lives and deepen what it offers, without disrupting the fast, keyboard-first experience that made people rely on it in the first place.

What we built and how it runs.

We worked as an extension of the typedesk team across the product — helping take it to a major new distribution platform and building out the AI-assisted side of what canned responses can do.

The work spanned the whole surface: getting the product where new users would find it, and adding capability inside it, all while keeping the speed and simplicity that typedesk is known for.
