The product worked — but standing a new customer up meant configuring a voice, a script, the business's hours, its services and its calendar before the number could ever ring.

For a plumber or an auto shop, every day spent in setup is a day of calls still going to voicemail. The distance between signing up and going live was the thing standing between PrimeSync and its next paying customer.

What we built and how it runs.

We worked as part of the PrimeSync team — shaping the product and rebuilding the road from signup to a live number so a new business could be answering calls quickly, without hand-holding.

We tightened the setup flow end to end: the account details, the voice and script, the business hours, and the calendar and CRM connections that let the agent actually book work. The result is a faster, cleaner path from "just signed up" to "already capturing calls."
